Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering the Layer One X win 10000 Coin Competition ("Competition"). By participating in the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Competition Overview:
The Layer One X 10000 Coin Competition is organized by the L1X Foundation - a blockchain technology foundation based in Zug, Switzerland ("Organizer" or “Layer One X”). The Competition aims to provide participants an opportunity to win 10000 L1X Coins by purchasing $100USD Layer One X Coins. Participants may enter as many times as they like. Every $100 USD spent is an entry in the Competition.
Eligibility:
2.1. The Competition is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2.2. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Layer One X, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter:
3.1. To enter the Competition, participants must purchase Layer One X Coins ("Coins") with a total value of at least 100 USD per entry.
3.2. Each multiple of $100 in a single purchase counts as multiple entries.
3.3. Entries can be submitted by purchasing Coins through the designated platforms or channels Layer One X provides.
Competition Period:
The Competition period begins on 4 September 2023 and ends on 29th September 2023 ("Competition Period"). All entries must be received by Layer One X during the Competition Period.
Prizes:
5.1 The use of specific brands as prizes by Layer One X does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
5.2 The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
5.3 We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control require doing so.
5.4 Layer One X’s decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
5.5 The total prize pool for the Competition is 10000 L1X Coins distributed to the winner L1X wallet.
5.6 Prize winner will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.
5.7 Prize winner will be notified via email.
5.8 Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
5.9 Delivery of the Prize: The Organizer will use best endeavours to deliver the prize within 14 days of the end of the Competition Period, however the Organizer may vary this delivery time at its discretion.
Winner Announcement:
6.1 Layer One X will make two attempts to contact the winner via email.
6.2 The winner will be announced on October 2nd and contacted by email. The winner will also be announced on the Layer One X official website and official social media channels.
6.3 If the winner does not respond to the emails informing them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Layer One X reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.
General Conditions:
7.1. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions or engaged in fraudulent activity.
7.2. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice.
7.3. Participants acknowledge and agree that cryptocurrency investments carry inherent risks, and the Organizer is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from such investments.
Data Protection and Publicity:
8.1 Entrants agree that any personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
8.2 The winner's first name and country of residence will be announced on website and social media channels.
Release and Limitations of Liability:
9.1 Layer One X accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition.
9.2 By entering the Competition, participants release and hold harmless Layer One X and its affiliates from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Competition or acceptance of any prize.
10. Governing Law:
10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10.2 By participating in the Layer One X Win 10000 Coin Competition, participants indicate their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
11. General
Layer One X reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions.
