We understand that reaching out for support can sometimes be a hassle, which is why we've revamped our Helpdesk system to make it more efficient and user-friendly.
Simplified Ticket Generation
Gone are the days of navigating through Discord, L1X App, email or any other channel to raise a support ticket. With our latest update, you can now access the Helpdesk directly from any page on the L1X App. Simply click on the Search button, and you'll be redirected to the Helpdesk page where you can generate a ticket.
Enhanced Ticket Submission Process
We've streamlined the ticket submission process to make it as straightforward as possible. When raising a ticket, you'll be prompted to provide essential information such as your email address, first and last name, wallet address, and a brief description of the problem. Rest assured, your personal data will not be stored and will be deleted after the ticket is resolved.
Improved Communication
Say goodbye to the hassle of constantly checking for updates on your support tickets. Upon ticket submission, you'll receive an email confirming receipt of your inquiry. You can conveniently respond directly from your email, keeping you informed every step of the way.
Easy Ticket Tracking
Want to keep tabs on the progress of your ticket? Simply log in to the L1X App and navigate to the corresponding section to check its status. Our new system allows for seamless tracking, so you'll always know where things stand.
Efficient Resolution Process
By centralizing all inquiries through the L1X App, we can better understand the nature of the problem and assign it to the appropriate developer. This helps us prioritize our backlog and ensure that tickets are resolved promptly.
How to Get Started
1 Access any page on the L1X App.
2 Click on the '?' icon to navigate to the Helpdesk page.
3 Select from the right Menu the topic of Assistance needed, to provide an accurate and fast response.
4 Click on 'Generate Ticket'.
5 Provide all the necessary information, including your email address, name, wallet address, issue link/tx hash and a description of the problem.
- Any additional documents or images that can be helpful, attach them on the ticket for a faster response.
6 Submit your ticket and receive confirmation via email.
7 Track the progress of your ticket directly from the L1X App.
8 Once your issue is resolved, we'll close the ticket for you.
